Where you are right now
A cross street, a business name or a parking level is enough. If you are on I-10 or in a garage downtown, tell us — it changes which van we send.

What exactly is locked
Car, house, office, mailbox, safe. And whether the key is lost, broken, inside, or simply not working anymore — those are four different jobs.

Year, make and model, if it is a car
This decides the key blank and the programming path. A 2012 Civic and a 2022 Civic are not the same job. The VIN helps but is not required.

That you can prove it is yours
Driver’s licence, lease, registration or a utility bill. We ask every single time, with no exceptions, and it is the reason you should never hire a locksmith who does not.
