Lock Pick Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Lock Pick Specialist for a contract position based in Tucson, Arizona. This role requires proficiency in lock picking techniques and strong customer service skills. The Lock Pick Specialist will play a crucial role in providing efficient and effective solutions to customers’ lock-related issues, ensuring that each task is completed with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize lock picking techniques to assist customers in gaining access to locked spaces.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Diagnose lock malfunctions and offer practical solutions to customers.
• Maintain attention to detail throughout the lock picking process to ensure accuracy and security.
• Document service visits and customer interactions for record-keeping and quality assurance.
• Interact with team members to coordinate efforts on complex lock-related tasks.
• Monitor and evaluate success metrics focused on customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.
• Open availability including weekends.
• Pass a background check.
• Demonstrated skills in lock picking techniques.
• Strong customer service skills, particularly in resolving customer issues.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay is per job.

The Lock Pick Specialist will work closely with other service professionals, ensuring cohesive teamwork and communication. Effective reporting relationships will be established to facilitate a smooth workflow and enhance service delivery.
