Who Comes To Your Door
How We Hire And Train Our Technicians
You are letting a stranger open your car, your front door or your business. Nobody asks about this out loud, so here is the answer in writing.
01
Background check before the interview
Criminal background check and license verification come first. If either one does not clear, there is no interview. We lose good candidates over it, and we still do it.
02
Ride-along until they are signed off
New technicians ride with a senior tech on real jobs. No solo dispatch until the senior tech signs off — not after a set number of weeks, after they are actually ready.
03
Retraining every time the tech moves
Proximity fobs, push-to-start, WiFi deadbolts — each one meant new equipment and new training. We would rather turn a job down than have someone learn on your lock.
04
Identity verification on every lockout
No door gets opened until we confirm it is yours — ID, lease, registration, whatever fits the situation. It takes a moment and it is the clearest line between a locksmith and a burglar.
05
Damage-free entry first
Our first move is always the non-destructive one — picking, bypassing or rekeying before anything gets drilled. Drilling is a last resort, and the technician tells you before it ever comes to that.

Daniel, the Locksmith, is amazing!! I was locked out and he arrived with a smile and a wealth of knowledge to help me get calm again! He opened my door and helped me understand the particulars of the lock. He turned a traumatic event into a blessing just because he was there!

Daniel was incredible and worked to rekey the house. Several of the locks were extremely difficult to rekey or replace. Daniel was like a bull terrier with a P.hD. What a superior effort and intelligent approach — plus he was extremely pleasant and professional. Quinn his assistant was very professional and helpful.

Danny was professional and had a great personality to help diffuse my bad mood, from the frustrating early morning drama of being locked out of my house. Sent him and his assistant off with healthy snacks to go.
